What We Believe
This is what we actually believe, and what we’re willing to lose business over.
Most people have no idea what they’re truly capable of.
And if they did, they would realize that far too much time is being spent on work that doesn’t matter. The biggest barrier isn’t lack of passion — it’s the lack of clarity, systems, and support to turn that passion into action. That’s the problem we’re here to solve.
Profit without purpose is empty.
We believe most coaches and consultants will help you grow revenue at any cost. We won’t. When impact comes first, growth becomes a tool for creating more good in the world. When revenue comes first, impact becomes the afterthought.
There is no “default.”
Every person — neurotypical and neurodivergent alike — is different from everyone else. Systems and cultures that treat people as interchangeable don’t just fail the people who don’t fit. They fail everyone. We build for the full range of human variation, not the average.
Technology amplifies people. It doesn’t replace them.
The dominant narrative around AI is replacement. We reject that. The same people should produce dramatically better results — not disappear from the equation. We build AI systems to give people more capacity, more clarity, and more time for work that actually requires a human.
Honesty is the product.
We promise to find the real problem — including the parts you don’t know to look for yet. We see how everything connects, ask the questions that are easy to avoid, and tell you the truth about what we find. We stay until success is repeatable, not just possible.
Justice is not optional.
We work to make the world kinder, safer, and more equitable. That’s not marketing copy. It’s the reason this company exists. Every engagement we take is filtered through that lens.
The Charter
We work with people and organizations driven by genuine care for others and the planet — those committed to making the world kinder, safer, and more equitable.
We do not work with:
- Companies or individuals who show callous disregard for people or the environment
- Those with malicious intent or selfish motives that harm others
- Industries built on exploitation: casinos and gambling, for-profit health insurance, payday loan companies, tobacco companies
- Organizations that perpetuate harm or discrimination: right-wing politics or think tanks, discriminatory religious organizations, weapons manufacturers, police, ICE, DHS, or the military
- Entities that prioritize extraction over impact: defense contractors, oil and gas companies, billionaires, grossly unethical tech companies
This is our line. We leave money on the table to honor it.
